For any property entrusted to Home Relief for letting and management or maintenance, the landlord/lady will receive all free the services listed below for 6 months fixed term contract.
This offer is subject to they paying only 1% fixed fee over the total rental coming from the property over 6 month period. In exchange, they receive the following ALL FREE (plus other services included in our lettings and management agreement or terms of business):
